But it doesn't have to be.
You don't have to do it alone.
My name is Natasha Daniels and I am a child therapist who specializes in anxiety & OCD. I have devoted my career to helping families raise children with these struggles. I have written two books, How to Parent an Anxious Toddler and Anxiety Sucks! A Teen Survival Guide.
I have a private practice, Hill Child Counseling, where I help kids learn how to crush their anxiety or OCD.
I am also the creator of AnxiousToddlerstoTeens.com, where I have helped over 8 million parents since its inception in 2015.
But, most importantly, I am the mom to three kids with anxiety and one with OCD. I know this struggle both professionally and personally. My children are my biggest teachers and they are what drives my passion to help others just like you.
"I just want to start by saying I feel very fortunate to have found Natasha about 3 years ago. I followed her on ATparenting podcasts and videos. The difference it has made for not only my son but my entire family is huge!
Since joining the community, pieces of the puzzle seemed to fall into place easier. Natasha has the community set up in a way that is extremely easy to use and puts things into steps. I appreciate that you can use the resources in a time frame and technique that suits your child / family best. She puts the tools out there in an easy to read, and fun way that, at least for my son, kept him interested. I mean using a video game analogy!!
Figuring out these things on our own and even sometimes with the help of professionals, we still felt lost and alone, with no one to relate to. The community has opened up that bigger world of support for me. I feel more confident and so does my son. Knowing that I am able to give him life skills to grow up with, helps me know I am my strongest self and he will be too!
Thank you Natasha for putting aside time from your life and family to make a difference in other people’s lives who need support and guidance. I hope you know what a blessing that is to find!"
But here are what other parents are saying...
This community will have something for all ages. So whether your child is a toddler or almost a young adult - you will get value from this community.
Absolutely not! You will be able to cancel your membership at anytime with just one click.
This community is to support YOU and all that you do for your child. Many members have outside professional support as well.
You do not need to go on Facebook to enjoy all the benefits of the community. The community has a private website where you can access all the resources and replays of the weekly classes. The monthly group coaching calls and kids virtual support groups are on Zoom.
I know what it feels like to have a child who is paralyzed with fear.
I know what it is like to be up all hours of the night.
I know that feeling when your heart sinks to see your child in so much pain.
But I also know how it feels to empower your child.
To build them up.
To watch them overcome their obstacles.
