I listened to the audiobook- it was read by the author which I thought was great, to hear her voice the way the thoughts went through her head.
It tells her story of OCD since childhood. She was in her early 20’s I believe when the book was published. I cried (a lot) thinking of my son’s worst OCD periods, but also laughed because she has a humorous way of telling her story.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to understand what OCD can be like. (Although, I didn’t share it with my son because I thought it might give his OCD brain ideas for more things to obsess over…)
