        Hi Natasha,

        would your sleep program be suitable for older teens. My daughter is almost 17.  Has anxiety in the form of panic attacks and avoidance which has improved so much with counselling and learning strategies but her sleep is the first thing that’s triggered – particularly if she knows she has “commitments” the next day.  She has severe difficulty in switching off her mind and then the cycle begins with that loop of I won’t be able to get a good sleep thanks for your advice!

          Hi Monika,
          Yes, it is suitable for teens. I also discuss the fear of being able to sleep as one core fear related to sleep struggles.
