        Hi Natasha,

        I looked at the websites recommend by you and Ayla on Facebook but there isn’t much choice there for my area Virginia Beach, Virginia zip 23464.

        The therapists are either not seeing children or are far away or virtual only which we have tried in the past and my girls age 9 (Stella) and 7 (Willow) do not want that. I would really like someone who knows about OCD because it seems like most therapists aren’t specializing in it. Of course anxiety too but seems like more of them deal with it. Please let me know if you have any other sources for finding specialists.

          Hi Kathy,
          I will ask in my OCD therapist FB group and see if anyone is taking clients in that area.

                Sadly, no one responded. I think it’s hard to find someone for that age range that isn’t virtual 😢.
